Service management is used by the account or IT manager to manage redcoal
service settings.
This allows the account manager to do the following:
- Activate users of the email SMS service within the company
- Allocate daily usage quotas
- Group users by cost centre or department
- View usage reports and daily summary reports
- Restrict usage to certain mobile numbers
- Set up Global Broadcasting Groups and Network Monitoring
- Manage Interakt SMS services
